1Adults only — the 18+ rule

WhoApp is a service for grown-ups, full stop. You need to be at least 18 years old (or older, if the law where you live demands it) to be here, and every use of the service is your statement that you are. We never knowingly provide the service to minors; an account reasonably believed to involve anyone underage is terminated right away, with no second chance.

2What you are signing up for

WhoApp is random video matching that lives in the browser: two adults, paired at random, talking face to face in a private room with text alongside. Controls to skip, block and report stay visible throughout every call. Getting started costs nothing; coins are an optional way to keep longer sessions going. The product will evolve — sections may gain or lose features — and these terms cover the service in whatever form it takes.

3Guests, accounts, responsibility

Matching works without any registration — guests are welcome. Opening a free account lets your coins and preferences travel with you across devices. Activity that happens through your account is on you, so guard your credentials and alert [email protected] the moment you suspect someone else has access.

4Conduct you agree to

The short version: behave toward the stranger on your screen the way you would want a stranger to behave toward you. Formally, you agree that you will not:

  • Do anything unlawful during a call, or use the service to arrange it
  • Harass, threaten, or degrade other users, hate speech included
  • Perform sexually explicit acts on camera, or coax anyone else into them
  • Capture images or video of another user, or distribute them anywhere
  • Pose as someone else in order to mislead a match
  • Run bots or scripts against the service, or use rooms for advertising and solicitation

Our community guidelines walk through the spirit behind each of these. Break them badly or repeatedly and access ends for good.

5Coins: what they are and are not

Coins are digital items that exist only inside WhoApp. They are not currency, hold no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, resold, transferred, or redeemed for anything outside the service. Prices are always shown in advance, and paying confirms the card or account you charge is yours to use.

Every coin purchase is a single, one-off transaction — WhoApp has no subscriptions and never auto-renews anything. Delivered coins cannot be returned for money, save for consumer rights your local law grants that override this policy. Unused coins are lost when an account is deleted, or when we close it over a terms violation. Payment glitches and crediting errors on our side are fixed via [email protected].

6Disclaimers, in plain speech

The service is offered “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep matching quick and the site dependable, yet we cannot guarantee it will never hiccup. Strangers are not pre-screened, and what happens in your conversations is ultimately your own responsibility — stay near the skip, block and report buttons, and skim our safety tips before settling into a long session. To the extent the law permits, WhoApp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages tied to your use of the service.

7Suspension, bans, and walking away

Violating these terms can cost you access — temporarily or permanently, with or without prior warning, depending on how serious it is. Unlawful conduct may additionally be reported to law enforcement. Leaving is always your option: there is no plan to cancel, and account holders can erase their account from settings at any moment.

8When these terms change

Revisions get posted right here under a new date. Continuing to use WhoApp afterwards counts as accepting them. Anything unclear can be sent to [email protected] for a straight answer.
