This policy explains, in ordinary language, what data whoapp.online handles, what it refuses to handle, and how you stay in control.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
WhoApp gets by on the bare minimum of information a live matching service needs. We store the technical and usage data that keeps the product running, we keep no recording of any call, and one email asking for deletion is all it takes to remove what we hold about you.
It all fits in four buckets:
Nobody needs your legal name, your home address, or your phone number to video chat — so we never ask. Your address book stays unread, precise GPS coordinates are never collected, and whatever is saved on your device — photos, files, anything — stays out of our reach. Most important of all: nothing you say or show during a call is ever recorded or reviewed by us.
WhoApp calls ride on WebRTC, meaning the two browsers connect with each other directly. Video and audio flow between the participants’ devices rather than being relayed through infrastructure that could retain a copy.
One thing worth being upfront about: the app keeps a list of your recent calls so you can find past sessions. An entry in that list says a call happened, nothing more — it holds zero content from the call itself. Delete your account and the list disappears along with it.
To see which parts of the site work and which confuse people, we run Google Analytics 4. It reports aggregated page views and click patterns, and it has no window into any call. Google’s handling of that data falls under Google’s own privacy policy, and its opt-out tools function on our site.
Using WhoApp as a guest requires no account at all. Account holders can erase everything from the settings screen, or by mailing [email protected] — such requests are prioritized and answered within 48 hours. Erasure cannot be undone: profile, recent-call list and unspent coins all go permanently. Where the law obliges us, a minimal set of security and anti-abuse logs outlives deletion briefly before being discarded.
